Where applicable, Pinetree Health may process healthcare-related information on behalf of clients. The handling of such information may be governed by separate agreements, including Business Associate Agreements where required by law.
8. Artificial Intelligence
Pinetree Health may utilize proprietary artificial intelligence systems as part of its services. While these systems are designed to improve efficiency and operational performance, clients remain responsible for reviewing and validating information where appropriate.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms, software, websites, electronic health record systems, payer portals, and service providers. Pinetree Health is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinetree Health disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinetree Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
